QA Training Associate II

The Role:
ElevateBio is looking for QA Training Associate II to join their growing Quality Systems group. The individual in this role will work closely with QA colleagues to provide support for ElevateBio’s internal stakeholders related to GxP Training. The QA Training Associate II is responsible for support, maintenance, and improvement of the ElevateBio GxP Training process.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Under the guidance of the Quality Systems Senior Manager, you will:
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the ElevateBio eLMS and provide routine support for end users.
- Support continuous improvement projects for the ElevateBio GxP Training process.
- Provide support and champion the on-time completion of GxP Training across various GxP functions.
- Maintain accurate training documentation and submission for record keeping. Verify On the Job Trainings (OJT’s) for completion and accuracy.
- Assist in collection and archival of documents and records in Document Control room
- Support client audits and regulatory inspection readiness activities
- Promote a Quality Culture by supporting innovation, teamwork and efficiency within the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant Quality or Training experience
- Experience in Veeva Vault Quality Suite is a plus
- Must thrive working in a fast-paced, innovative environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders.
