About Missy
Missy has more than 15 years of experience in operations and people strategies. As a strategic thought partner to the leadership team, she identifies areas for operational improvement, provides insight and analysis on company strategy and operations, and ensures a continued focus on top priorities across the company.
Prior to ElevateBio, Missy led People & Operations initiatives at Oncorus, Inc., an oncolytic virus therapy start-up, supporting its growth from company launch to a successful pre-clinical organization. She oversaw all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruiting and hiring to benefits and onboarding, with focus on employee engagement, culture, and communications.
Education and Accomplishments
Missy received her B.S. in Leadership and Organization Behavior from Northwestern University. Completed Executive Education CHRO Program at The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
