About Bryan
Bryan Rizzo joined ElevateBio in 2025 and as Senior Vice President, Head of Quality, he is responsible for overseeing the harmonization of quality operations across multiple cell and gene therapy research and manufacturing locations. He ensures regulatory compliance and risk-based decision-making within scalable and sustainable processes across the organization.
Prior to ElevateBio, Bryan led the Quality Organization at Bristol Myers Squibb’s largest cell therapy commercial manufacturing plant. He also held Quality leadership roles across the commercial Biologics industry including Vaccines, Enzyme Replacement Therapies, and Monoclonal Antibodies.
Education and Accomplishments
Bryan holds an MBA from Lehigh University. He received his M.S. in Biochemistry and his B.S. in Biology and Sociology/Criminal Justice from the University of Scranton.
