About Tess
Tess Kitchener has twenty years of experience in biotech, with the majority in CMC leadership roles, including those in process development, manufacturing technical support, and manufacturing. Currently, Tess is leading the BaseCamp Commercial team and is responsible for Business Development, Marketing and Commercial Operations for BaseCamp.
Previously, Tess was the Head of Manufacturing for ThermoFisher’s Viral Vector Services where she was responsible for production of gene therapy products and bringing those programs to commercialization. Prior to that, she was the MSAT site lead at a Sanofi commercial facility and part of GSK and Regeneron’s process development teams.
Education and Accomplishments
Tess received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
